How Soon Will My Items Arrive?

We’ll give you a call within 24 hours of placing your order to schedule delivery. Most items are delivered and set up within 1–2 weeks. It can vary from Item to Item, but we always do our very best to get you your items as quickly as possible.

How Does Delivery Work?

Within 30 miles of our location we offer a premium white glove delivery for a flat rate of $99. This includes, brining the items into your home, setting them up, and disposing of the trash. Once an order is placed our team will reach out to within 24 hours to go over further details. Items usually take 7-14 to be delivered. If you are outside of them 30 mile radius please contact the Minnesofa team at 763-267-2187 to receive a custom quote.

Can I Pick Up My Items?

Absolutely! You can pick up your items directly from our Plymouth or Moorhead warehouse. We'll notify you right when your items arrive.

What If My Item Doesn't Fit?

I you are concerned about your Item not fitting through a door or navigating down a tight staircase please call or text us at 763-267-2187 and one of our team members will help you through the sizing process.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

If any of your items arrive damaged we will replace it and deliver it again completely free.

What Is the Warranty?

For upholstered goods we offer a 5 year warranty that includes free replacements of cushions and covers.

What Is the Return Policy?

A full refund can be issued anytime before your item ships to our warehouse.

If your item has already been delivered and set up in your home, a 20% restocking fee will apply, along with the original delivery cost.

We’re all about making sure you love what you bring home. If your new piece doesn’t fit your space or isn’t quite what you pictured, we’re happy to work with you on an exchange for something that feels just right. We’ll do our best to make it easy and flexible — that’s the Minnesofa way.

Can You Hold Items?

Yes! If you’re not sure about your move-in date or when you’d like to receive your items, don’t sweat it. You can place your order now, wait for our call, and just let us know your situation — we’ll gladly work around your schedule to make delivery easy.
